COMPANY DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

2003 | R&D Begins

An R&D team was established to focus on lithium battery energy systems, marine electronic equipment and related control technologies, laying the technical foundation for future intelligent marine equipment.

2008 | First-Generation AIS AtoN Equipment Delivered

The first generation of split-type AIS AtoN equipment was delivered to a domestic aids-to-navigation authority. Featuring a separate enclosure design, this marked the company’s entry into marine navigation communication equipment.

2012 | Breakthrough in Integrated AIS Technology

AIS AtoN research continued to advance, leading to the launch of an early integrated AIS AtoN system that combined communication, positioning, power and control modules within a single enclosure.

2015 | Expansion into Marine Lanterns and Remote Monitoring

Development of LED marine lanterns began, together with a remote monitoring system based on BeiDou satellite positioning and communication technology. This supported the transition of AtoN equipment from standalone operation to intelligent, networked management.

2018 | Complete Marine Lantern Product Range Established

Chengdu Dexin Technology Co., Ltd. was officially registered, and a complete range of marine lanterns from 1 to 29 nautical miles was established. The product line covered floating and fixed aids to navigation, lighthouses and remote monitoring applications, while export business also began to expand.

2019 | Integrated LED Marine Lanterns Delivered

The development, testing and project delivery of integrated LED marine lanterns were completed. Systematic product capabilities were established in optical design, solar power, intelligent control and adaptation to marine environments.

2024 | Joined IALA and Entered International Markets

The company became an IALA Industrial Member and officially launched the Dexonmarine international brand, marking its full entry into overseas markets. Products began to be exported to Southeast Asia, South America and other regions, covering marine buoys, AIS AtoN lanterns, RACON radar beacons and satellite-based deep-sea monitoring systems.

2025 | Recognition from International Maritime Authorities

Dexonmarine products received recognition from maritime authorities and project customers in multiple countries. The product portfolio further expanded to include marine buoys, LED lighthouse lanterns, electronic geofencing systems, offshore oil exploration platform monitoring, offshore wind monitoring and multifunctional data buoys, with applications in meteorological monitoring, water-quality monitoring, marine environmental monitoring and national security.

2026 | Advancing Intelligent Manufacturing and Automated Operations

The company is advancing intelligent manufacturing and the use of autonomous equipment. Uncrewed surface vessels, robotic surface platforms, underwater equipment and intelligent inspection systems are being applied to waterway and offshore-facility patrols, inspection, maintenance, underwater detection and data collection, supporting a more intelligent and efficient marine operations and maintenance system.
